Build a website and along with its contents and related images

My company name is Mipax Real Estate Consultant, and as the name suggest, we deal in real estate sector. I want a website to highlight our company information, and give link to different websites of our different departments. I want the website to be developed from scratch with all the contents written and images to be provided by the developer, which are free for commercial use (except for those which will be provided by us). I want someone who is easily accessible for future reference.
