Tech Stack - Java , Dotnet with React or Angular UI

A. Functional Requirements:

1. All the page structure is the same, Header, Main/Body and Footer.

2. Color and style schemas of all pages should be uniform. Need to match existing site.
3. Design a login page for users: Logs in and enters details and submits a form. The form details need to be stored in DB.
4. Design a Home page:Body/Main has a Main ribbon/ table, scrolling images, news feed, static text ( that changes over time), Monthly/Yearly calendar of events etc...
5. Static pages: The contents of the page are static. Either or text along with images.
6. Need a design to have a generic approach. Each section of the page should have containers and the contents should be filled programmatically for all pages.

7. Good documentation of the process and maintenance guide.
8. 3rd Party integration: Few links in the web site connect to 3rd party sites, need pass the information in required format.

9. Mobile responsive.
10. Social sharing links: The footer of the web site should be enabled for social sharing.

B. Non Functional requirements:

1.Responsiveness: Pages should be <1 sec.
2.Security: Securing sessions and user information is utmost important.

3.Performance: Should handle a load of upto 10000 concurrent users requests.
4.The design should be maintenance friendly. Even a non technical person should be able to maintain the website, for changes in text and images.
5. Scalable: The solution should be scalable on cloud with only configuration changes
