Build me a website and an Android app.

I want to start an edtech start-up company, for which I want a website where I can upload videos, photos, pdf etc. Also I want an Android app also for the same. These must include a payment gateway, facility of live classes etc. Website and app must be well designed and organized so that students can access their contents easily. And these must be customisable.
