Build me a website

I am planning to add chat functionality in my project and it should be able to use AWS services like DB and S3 to store the images of the user and we need to fetch the same image. The BE is partially there using Spring Boot but we need to enhance it more and in FE we have Angular application but that part will taken care by another developer.
