Build me a website

Hello, we are a meal delivery business offering home cooked meals with a rotating menu each week (3 dishes to choose from each week). I'd like a e-commerce website built to cater to this but also have a payment system built in where payments are made into our account as well as offer a pay on collection option. Will also need a cut off option for when orders are to be in eg - no more orders after 5pm on a Friday for delivery on a Monday.
