Features needed:
- One admin ID
- Some operator users with login Ids that can post and upload files using entry forms
- General visitors on the website can see the posts
- Visitors can only download the forms once they have made a payment via a payment gateway
- Visitors can print the payment receipt after payment and receive a copy in their email or phone
- Visitors after filling and signing the forms can upload them and will have to fill an upload form with details of their name, address, etc.
- After they have uploaded the documents a submission receipt will be generated which the visitors need to print and they receive a copy in their emails or whatsapp or phone
- Visitors do not need login ids.
- Continuous support for bug fixing is needed
