Build me a website

I am shortly to launch a start up selling a brand of curry spice blends. I have a Wordpress template that i have been tailoring/amending. It includes allowing visitors to register, comment and buy the spices online. My website looks like a "good enough" effort for a newbie. It needs to look like a drop dead gorgeous brand. Please take a look at www.cinnamonroad.com.au and let me know how you might help and at what cost. I don't have a big budget. Bigger spend can be justified when i have proven that the product and brand has legs. I either wait before improving at all or i pay for a step in the right direction which may or may not require further spend and development when i have full confidence in the potential. Wordpress preferred but not essential. But, I do want to be in a position where i am fully able to updated and add to the site within the developed framework.
