Build me a website

I am looking for someone with good English and design skills so that I don't have to micromanage. I already have the domain name and need someone to setup the website. I will explain and also share links of websites for samples. There is enough content I have, logo and
colours are decided and finalised. However, I need someone smart who has good suggestions and ask questions and isn't afraid of edits!
