Build a website

we want to have consultant service website, with a form to let candidates to fill in, then the information can be listed in the backend of the website, and then it generate to be a CV style (except some personal data) to be displayed on the website privately , these CVs displayed are not for public, it could only be viewed by our client with login to access

we do not mind to use template to make this website, but most of the function will not be displayed on the website, if you can make this modification, that's fine for us.
