Build me a website
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
I'm looking to start a webpage that will revolutionize the anime industry in terms of variety, accessibility and quality. The entire idea is quite ambitions but I'm looking for a long term collaboration with someone who will help me build a website which contains the following sections:
1. Manga reading, similar to this website:

2.Anime streaming, similar to this website:

3.Purchase of anime goods (manga, anime, figurines, accessories and so on with the use of Ecommerce)
Note: Users who access it should have the functionality of creating an account.
I will like to start small (one section only, something that can generate income) and gradually build from there as the budget is limited at the moment.
That being said, if we were to collaborate, which sections you believe is best to start with first? What platform/technology you believe are required to accomplish that? What will be the fees?
