I need the complete creation of a website that is going to be very similar to: reental.co and realt.co (create an account on the first website, it's free, to see what I need).
Basically it consists of tokenising houses. These tokens are sold to investors and with that money I buy the houses. The investors will receive monthly rents from the rental of the property. They can also sell their tokens whenever they want through a liquidity pool or other marketplaces like opensea.
