Build me a website

I would like to a website with animation of 3D objects. I need 2 pages which are designed as one-page design. I have a 3D objects and it has only an animation. When scolling down to change sections, it animates and background is scrolled up. First page has got 4 section. Other page is simpler, where One 3D object and one section there are.
