Build a website

Need a proof-of-concept ASP.NET website that would look similar to a social network although it would contain very specific features for the user profile, the way content is uploaded and made available, and the interactions between groups and communities of users. The URL and hosting for the demo site currently exist and the customisation that is required would be very clearly specified (details cannot be made public at this time).
