My business plan is simple, yet it will help new entrepreneurs succeed because it will take the pain out of planning and reporting on finances.
I need an experienced Freelancer who can help me get this business started.
The business will be web-based and focuses on entry-level to advanced accounting for startups and small entrepreneurs.
The landing page will explain our services to the client and allow them to sign up.
On the landing page, there is also a free tool for creating a business plan.
Once the client signs up, they will customize their package by opting into the services they require for their business, for example, bookkeeping and tax reporting.
The client will then be assigned an Account Aide, and they will have the opportunity to schedule a meeting with the aide to get to know them and discuss in more detail what they expect to get from the account package they selected.
There must also be a "virtual office" for Account Aides (AA) to log in. When an AA is signed in they must have a virtual destop that contains their Quickbooks application, they must have a list of client profiles that they can access, with folders they can create and name themselves. Every client profile must a folder where clients can upload the documentation needed to complete the services they require i.e. capturing bank statements, and where they can download completed work.
There must be a communication channel between the client and the AA and a calendar with due dates to keep AAs on track.
When work is finalised it must be marked as ready for review.
The final level is a login screen for Senior Aids who'll review and sign off on completed work before it is submitted to the client.
This is the initial scope, and will evolve as the business expands and grows. In other words, this will be an ongoing project. However, I need bids on the initial build, which will be the largest portion of the work.
Security of data is of absolute importance.
