Build me a website

I want a website to be build, it is very simple website, it will have an admin panel where the admin can create credentials, and give it to users. Then there will be a login page where the users can login through the given credentials. after login it will simply redirect to a website. It should have one id login like if the login with the same id elsewhere the first id will automatically be logged out.
