Build me a website

I purchased a logo and website from Wix. I purchased a premium site which includes online booking. I thought I could choose my template, but I was provided with one to work with by Wix. Not sure if it meets my requirements and don't know if I get a choice or if I have to use the one they have provided me. I wanted to use the alternative therapist template. I have started to use the template Wix provided but not happy with it and not sure about how to continue with it.
My website is about offering Forest Therapy walks and I would like to be able to put some information about the practise including services offered, testimonials, photos, advocacy, and contact information.
Is it possible you can answer any of these queries complete the website.
