Build me a website

Hello! I'm looking for someone who can build/design my website. I already got a an idea on how I want my web page to look like. I'm a digital artist who wants to post my artwork and commission sheet on my website. I just want a simple design, which will have basics things on header (artwork, commission, my process, contacts, about) and my socials links in footer. I got the domain name and hosting (checkout jamvrt.com). For reference visit nadiaxel.com. I don't want my website as complex as that but to have basics things mention there. I'm looking for someone who can design simple yet effective site. The website should load fast and should run a video. I want my art timelapse to show up there. I hope I'd find someone who can get the job done
