Build me a website

We are a stealth mode startup backed by some leading stalwarts in the industry, having the ambition to build significant market share in minimum time. We work in a high paced environment with colleagues with a strong IT background. Looking for frontend (HTML) and backend developer (Python, flask) to create some webpages and their backend interfaces for online grocery site.
