Build me a website

Hi, I need a front end developer to create my website. From what I've been told it's not an easy task so I'm looking for someone with experience in doing such works and something to prove it. The website is for a small crypto fund from Argentina (text would be in spanish but they are written already). They want to get that 'modern and cool' looking page to attract new investors.
