Build me a website

Hi,
I have my domains, I have a hosting service, and I have Wordpress installed. But I’m having trouble navigating it to build my website. I’m a life coach and want my website up and running. Probably an e commerce website as I’d like to offer courses on it.
I’d like a home page, about me, services, blog and a place to register and login.
I want a very simplistic website, easy to use and to the point. The photos are a guide to the kind of layout I’d like.
What I’d really like is for someone to create the website with all the pages and then hand it over to me to add text etc…
