Build me a website

I need someone to build me a website, P2P loans. Loan system is supposed to be in the same way as social network. Direct peer to peer or person to person loans. Website needs a credit check and all the personal information check. Needs a review system ( imagine ebay, but with loans), system needs to be ranked 1-10. Website needs a possibility for ‘investors’ to be able to share their account via social media. Website needs a limit to the amount as to how much a ‘newcomer’ can borrow at a time and much the lender can lend at the time. Website needs a secure system for a person to possibly put money in his account, so that he does not have to be online, to approve the loan, whereas he can lend the money automatically from his/her account using a predetermined system that automatically approves or dissproves a transaction. Website also needs an algorythm that can calculate the interest rate based on multiple factors. It has to allow for lendee’s to follow lenders of their choice, lenders they take their loans from ussually. Ask for deeper explanation
