Build a website

I am looking for freelancer to rebuild my shopping mall.
What I want is:
1. Shopify theme suitable for shoe sales
- I want a simple theme.
- I hope the site speed is not too slow.
- I will provide the logo and main banner image.
2. Organize product list and reset menu
- The current product menu is set incorrectly.
- It is necessary to organize sales products on the main page.
3. Integration with my eBay store (recommendation required)
- The ability to import eBay products is required.
- I've used inkfrog before, but it lacks integration.
- Please recommend a better app than inkfrog. (recommended only)
4. Settings for Google Ads
- the products are registered on Shopify, but you need to set up for Google Shopping registration.
- I will create a new Google account for Google Ads.
