Build a webshop with payment gateway and host it

I am looking for someone who could potentially help me to build a webshop based on some framework, easy to be customized by the owner + connect/combine it with some payment gateway that will allow customers to pay via different payment options such as: credit cards or blik.
I do not know much about this stuff, so I'm interested in all serious business proposals that will send from people who know something about this matter and will guide me through it.
