ArimaLabs is a deep tech video surveillance analytics startup with a vision of building safer communities by making CCTV cameras intelligent. Currently, only 10% of the video feed that is being generated from CCTV cameras are being viewed / utilized effectively. We are on a mission to change that.
With our expertise in technologies like computer vision and deep learning, we aim to detect, recognize and classify visual data and deliver useful insights or flag any anomalies to help organizations manage their security needs proactively.
In the pursuit of our mission, we have developed our first product, Automatic Number Plate Recognition System under our product portfolio. It takes in video feeds from the CCTV camera, processes it and saves the number plates of vehicles passing through the camera field of view. The user can select the time period for which he wants to view the results. They can also select the cameras for which they want to view the results.
As part of the next upgrade, we are classifying the vehicles detected into different categories and alert the user via a notification in the web app if the vehicle detected is a part of the suspicious category. The user should also be able to filter and view vehicles in a particular category. (We already have a page where the user can view the detections. The current development just includes filtering by category).
The user can also edit the vehicles in a particular category by uploading an Excel file containing the list of vehicles to be added in the particular category.
