Build a web-app with Stripe and Coinbase payment implemented

I need a landing page + a dashboard page which user access when he signs up (so sign-up and sign-in also needed), once the user signs in he should be able to buy credits using cryptocurrenty and credit/debit card, in the dashboard there should be faq, support and logs of purchases and keys, also the user should have the ability to transfer credits to other users and get discounts on bulk credit purchases.
