Build me a tutoring website

I want to build a e-commerce educational website which allows students to find tutors online and take lessons with a payment which 20% would be taken by the website and 80% to the tutor.

Students and teachers would need personalised portals and a messaging service would need to be present. Also a way to rate teachers, leave comments etc
