Everything is in the write up attached, please don't reply until after you have read the attachment. I hired another freelancer and they created the site, which is very close to what we want but we need in ASP.net not node js or any other tech.
This project should open and run in Visual Studio.
I've included everything that is already created, I would highly suggest you start a new project. Then use the SQL backup as a Data layout and test.
We don't release funds until we have source code running on our computers (for each mile stone). We will provide a blank windows server computer with a public IP and teamviewer for you to setup and show us what you have for each mile stone.
