I need a static website built out using a CMS - no Wordpress! :)
CMS will need to be installed and configured on my server.
I know exactly what keywords I want to target, and SEO must be set up to optimize traffic to the pages on my website as well as the main URL.
You will be doing graphics and layout and design, and I will be providing content once site has been built.
Site must be easy to edit, tweak the SEO, alter site structure if needed PLUS easy to embed video and embed forms to collect contact info to facilitate conversions.
