Build a static website for Food Industry

I am looking for a skilled HTML web developer to build a static website from theme & images which I will provide for my food industry business. The primary goal of the website is to provide information about my business to potential customers. I already have a design in mind, so I am looking for someone who can bring that design to life.
In terms of additional features, I have already have a theme that includes all the necessary features so ideal candidate needs to just code in HTML and host website on my GoDaddy server. The ideal candidate for this job should have experience in website design and development, and be able to work efficiently to deliver a high-quality product within the given timeline.
Skills require: HTML, CSS, Javascript and hosting.
