Build me a site like segmetrics

I would like to create a site, thats tracks the leads that come to websites.
This site should be able to track where they came from, what brings them back to the site, and where they came from to close the sale. If the person comes back to the website more than once. I would like to know what bought them back. A FB, ad a google search, ect.
Something very similar to segmetrics, but more detailed in the ways I am discussing.
