Build site like seedr’cc ?

I want create site with similar features of seedr’cc:

- Administration Panel
- Subscription Premiun Page
- User Registration / Signup / Signup Mail or FB!

- Limit Guest Download Speed / Limit Quota example: 1GB / max download per ip / Files Storage time: 1day;

- Limit Registered User - Download Speed / Limit Quota example: 1GB / max downloads per ip / 1 simultaneous download/ file storage time 5 days;

- Premium Subscriptions with ratio limit/ max simultaneous downloads at same time;
- multi servers support for download files or choose server locations for download files;
- Uploading to Gdrive
- Rewards disk Space for example inscrease 500mb for each Signup referer link;

Protection for spam login and account sharing detection;
