Build a site in Senegal

This is a simple WIX site for a major health initiative in Senegal, West Africa. It is in both English and French. I have tried to build it but am not technical and am too busy. This is the first of a lot of other work we have going on. Santeecole.com is the site. Need work done quickly and prefer that it is done in Senegal. Would like to build a relationship with a developer preferably in Senegal or Gambia. I am based in Mbour, Senegal. Wordpress is involved with another site, which is more substantial; but that will happen later.
