Build simple website, hosted on GoDaddy

We need single page business website for a business consulting firm. The single page will be scrollable because it will be at least 4 screens high (on an iPhone6). Please see the attached layout sketch.
I am Joel and am the Managing Principal of Weingarten Associates. I am experienced with software and websites, I am *not* a random non-tech person. I just don't have time to work on this. You will be working with me and with my daughter Kelly (who is an assistant film editor in Hollywood). We will provide all needed PNG and BMP images, and the final text already created on Word doc.

It is very important to understand the following specifications and requirements, as we want this to be very precise and professional looking. Our customers are mainly Banks.
1) we will need to be able to communicate with you over Zoom and via direct email, *NOT* using Freelancer messaging. If you are not willing to do this then please do not respond.
2) therefore you need to have good verbal communication skills in English.
3) if we receive from you an instant automated response to this posting we will reject it. We would like you to take the time to evaluate our requirements since we need your work to conform to our requirements. We will not re-negotiate the price later. We would rather get 5 or 6 thoughtful responses, than 30 responses like usual.
4) we want the website to mainly look good on a mobile phone, using iPhone6 as a model (screen size 69 mm wide x 122 mm high). How it looks on a PC or Mac monitor or laptop is of secondary importance.
5) the layout needs to be symmetrical to the left and right of the vertical centerline.
6) all photos and certificates and diplomas need to be able to expand if tapped by the viewer.
7) we care a lot about correct spelling, proper alignment, and proper proportions. If you are not expert at those things then please do not apply.
8) the domain is hosted on GoDaddy who has their own web-building tools. You will have to figure out how to accomplish this website within their framework. Hopefully you can use your own tools and then import it into GoDaddy. We have a Wix license too.
