Build simple school site

I am looking for someone to build a simple school site for my existing business. The site should have a focus on class schedules and registration, with the ability for students to easily sign up for classes online.

I prefer a professional and clean design, with a modern touch. The site should also include school news and announcements.

The site must be in French and English
Django is preferred for the backend

Ideal skills and experience for this job would include:
