Build a simple informative Wordpress website (English+ Arabic)

I need a simple website in Arabic and English for a start up company. It will have 4 pages, all of them are informative:
Home page: includes a section of every other pages, and a blog section for the news.
About us: paragraphs and pictures.
Partners: kind of a product profile a simple picture / title / small 2 sentences about the product and the manufacturer.
Contact us:
contact card and a google maps plugin.
- Please know that we have a godaddy domain. and we will purchase a hosting option that is suitable.
- We already have a logo.
