for login:

1. enter phone number with WhatsApp (WA)
2. enter OTP received in WhatsApp (or text message ?)

after login

1. The store manager (company employee) (SM)
add order/update order
update payment ID
search order
track order (???)
delete the order (???)

2. User

User should have only one row in transit mode (non-confirmed) once payment is confirmed, we should create a new row for 2nd order if he adds again

For the existing use case

If the user prefers chatting in WA he can… SM will help him to place the order and update the details to DB manually
Update from WhatsApp to the website has to be done manually
After this regular updates like payment status and shipping details should be automated
