Build a simple company website on Squarespace

I need a new company website on Squarespace.
Our current website is a selfhosted wordpress site: www.ydc.ch

I'm looking for someone who can help us on all aspects:
-design
-texting
-setup of the websites on squarespace

Functionally it is very easy.
-static websites with no required functionallity
-no webshob, no ecommerce, no blogs
-SEO is needed but I assume that this is built in with squarespace

Pages (or sections) we need:
• Homepage
• Services
○ Consulting and Concepts
○ Planning and setup
○ IMAC Services
○ Documentation
• Contact
○ Company
○ 5 Employees

Design:
-we are looking for basic, clean, technical design
-Not emotional, no feel-good pictures
-You can reuse design elements from ydc.ch or start from scratch

Content:
-Text and pictures from ydc.ch
-input from marketing flyers I will provide

Project milestones:
1. you propose 3 squarespace themes that you think could fit
2. We choose 1 of them
3. You set up a test webspace on a generic www-address
4. You implement the page: "Homepage" with the input of our existing www.ydc.ch homepage including the links to the subpages.
5. We review the homepage (Milestone 1)
6. You implement the Services and Contact subpages (or sections) (6-12 pages) with the input of ydc.ch (Milestone 2)
7. You give us instructions how to transfer the test webspace to ydc.ch
8. Final transfer to ydc.ch (Milestone 3)

Please make a real price offer. I don't want to bargain.
