Build a shopify website for me

I'm looking to build a high converting Shopify website. The product is a wave cream. I will be selling a beard cream aswell. I want the page to be simple but enticing. It needs to look sleek and professional. Coding will probably be needed so that the website looks good on the phone and desktop.
I want someone that has a high turnover and will send frequent updates.
