A clean and light colors website that match with the logo. I like white backgrounds but not very boring style.

Main page will have pics of my choice and dynamic elements and has to include a quiz with 4 possible answers that brings you to the plans page. At the end of the page should show links to download the app for ISO and android and also links to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter.
Plans page needs to have different sections (2 now but could be more on the future) when you click in each plan you will go to a full description and then to a payment page.

Also needs to have a system to access to the appointment to cancel it including the refund of the money if is with 24 h in advance) or change it.
Also when they book the FIRST VISIT appointment it will show up a health questionnaire to fill it and send it back to me. (Need to choose the Spanish or English option).
I have the content for both the English and Spanish pages ready.

I have a Paypal account and want to use this for the payments to start.
Contact Us, Privacy, and Terms all need to be on the nav (this is standard). The contact us should have a captcha to prevent spam bots. Any messages sent can forward to my gmail for now.
