Build me a responsive canna review platform with laravel
Budget: £10 – £500 GBP
The project is to build an online platform for reviewing strains / orders from approved vendors.
There should be a section where users can submit some information about a currently unapproved vendor, which will go to the mods/admins for approval/rejection. If approved then a new Vendor is added to the approved vendors list and becomes available for any users to leave a review under.
There should be a section for users to post a new review.
There should be posting requirements as follows:
- Vendor must be chosen from a list of approved vendors. Either a dropdown list or an auto-complete ajax style but the user should only be able to choose from the list of approved vendors.
- There must be at least 1 photo uploaded along with the review (all exif data should be stripped automatically)
-There must be a review title given.
- There must be a minimum of at least 280 characters of text in the review body.
Users should have the option to give a star rating for their order based on the following 3 components:
- Shipping/Delivery Time
- Vendor Communication / Customer Service
- Price to Quality Ratio
To achieve the above I was thinking each of the 3 components would have their own 1-5 star rating.

I would like the sites design to be modern but with a "street" kind of feel to it.
The sites primary aim is to be the go-to platform for strain and cannabis reviews. It's goal is to limit the amount of users being scammed by buying from random unknown and unreviewed users.
There should also be a section linking to our socials and a section on the homepage near the footer should embed our instagram page posts onto it.
Additionally a blog section would be nice but is not currently a priority feature as it can be added at a later stage.
Photos uploaded are example landing mockups and are NOT the final design we are going with. We would like to leave the final design up to whoever we give the project to. You should use the information above along with the attached images for inspiration on your final design! NOT to copy the designs 1:1!
