Build a professional Online store through Wix.com

I'm Youssef Saleh. I'm from Cairo, Egypt. (my account shows USA because I made the account when I was visiting the US). My mother language is Arabic and I'm fluent in English.
I need to do an online store through Wix.com that is very similar to popl.co, but with fewer pages.
The homepage will basically have everything and it will look like popl.co but not contain everything there.
home page contains: (you will find these on popl.co, we are doing something alike but with my own designs)
1. navbar and cover photo
2. a sentence written below the cover
3. products (I'm selling 1 product with 10 different colors, each will be shown separately) they will be shown like on popl.co, 2 rows, and each row has 5 colors of my product)
4. a designed photo I will provide that shows the comparison between business cards and my product like on popl.co, it will be shown the same way
5. another designed photo that I will provide, it's called "what you can share" (you will find a design like it on the homepage of popl.co)
6. a video I will send that shows how my product works (you will find a video like it on the homepage of popl.co)
7. reviews of products shown in a slideshow
8. and finally a footer like the footer of popl.co
in the navbar will be 4 links:
1. shop: goes to a page that has all products (I'm selling 1 product with 10 different colors, each will be shown separately)
When a user clicks on any product it will take him to a page that looks like this https://popl.co/collections/best-sellers-popls/products/popl-black but only consist of product pictures, name, price, reviews & stars, quantity, add to cart, buy now, product description & compatibility
2. How to Tric: goes to a page that has a video and some designs that I will provide
3. compatibility: goes to a page that shows phones compatible with my product, it will consist of just text that I will provide and it will look like this page https://popl.co/pages/compatibility
4. FAQs: it will consist of questions and answers that I will provide to you and it will look like this https://popl.co/pages/help

Requirements:
1. I need someone who is very professional and has lots of skills and experience and knows everything about WIX and masters doing websites on it.
2. He must be fluent in English, with good grammar and an understandable accent to communicate
3. must be able to communicate through video calls
4. must be someone who responses to all my message and questions in a timely manner
5. must be very honest with me and update me all the time about the updated work and get the project done on time. (TIME IS VERY IMPORTANT)
6. if anything can't be done through WIX from what I explained above you must let me know before starting the project and we can discuss other options
7. I need someone who has good focus and cares about details and takes notes of all of my requirements (I don't like to repeat requirements a lot, you should know what you are doing and not procrastinate)
8. again I really care about little details please respect that.
9. I need payments on the website
10. I need a website with a responsive design for Desktop, Mobile, and Tablet
11. SEO
12. and finally be nice and show respect.
PS: My requirements might seem a lot, but in fact, it's not true, they are all basic things for any website and not too many pages, this should take few days to a week maximum. The requirements are not a lot but as I said I care about details.
FYI I'm a very nice, friendly, and kind person but please if you won't commit to all of my requirements, don't work on this project because this will affect your review. I care about details. I will be very friendly with you but don't take that for granted and think you can disrespect my time or work.
