Build me a portfolio website.

I am developer. I have done some research work and I will have to show the paper and power points related to that. I have developed some projects, so will have to show links and github links to that. For some projects, I have received some certificates so the site should display awards and certificates as part of those project. I Also have attended courses, so the site should list those courses and certificates as part of those courses. The courses should also be sectioned, like for each section these are the courses.
