Build a 30 page Technology website with Content

We are starting a software consulting business in Canada and want to make a website to promote our services. We will target Financial and Insurance industry. For this project, we need a static website with approximately 30 pages. There should be at least 10 high impact design pages with animated data content. Other pages should have different images relevant to the topic. We'll share the topic list and all content must be original with licensed images for our website. Along with the topic, we will also share key message that we want to deliver through that article and we expect that the content creator would complete the article based on the high level guideline.
Key parameters:
1) Website should be super-fast to load, responsive, secured and extensible as we will add more features, demos, videos on the website in future.
2) We will host the website on a 3rd party platform so please suggest CMS platform where you can host the website.
