Build online platform with interactive lessons for students

Hello. I need a dedicated web designer and builder to create an online platform where instructors and students can login and complete modules with lessons, assignments, quizzes. You will create the platform and input the assignments, lessons and quizzes. I will provide the guide in pdf format. I need someone who has experience creating something similar. Also need someone to have the ability to visualize what modules will look like and make it fun and creative for students. Possibly use adobe captivate or other similar platforms to complete this (if you know of better platform please feel free to use). Please be knowledgeable and have ideas about how you could create this for me from start to finish. This is a fixed project with pay at $75. It is very important that you are patient and able to make revisions as needed. Also, someone who would like to build a relationship and work together because I will have more projects to complete after this one.
