Build an online Knowledge Base
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'd like to build a simple online knowledge base.
Type in what you're looking for, and it pulls (internal) tagged articles relating to the search.
This could pull from different modules
Training
FAQ
Video Tutorials
etc, those could change over time.
I'd like username/password with different levels of access

Also, to provide guidance on where to host the data (maybe aws free ware?), most likely only be myself using it, but would need the ability to scale up should I ever need to.
