Build me a music- and writing-oriented website

No product sales, just links to other websites where sales can occur.
Want to:
Present my music but also share links to the music of others.
Maintain an updated listing of key independent music events in NYC and, to a lesser extent, elsewhere
Maintain an active blog plus reviews of independent music and performances.
Must be able to easily upload photographs, music (MP3 and WAV files, etc.) and videos, and provide links to music and videos on other websites.
Include a sign-up form to email newsletter of events and articles
Would like to install a disability access and language translation tool, if possible (maybe like Recite)
