Build a multi-vendor "service" marketplace

Hi there, I need a multi-vendor "service" marketplace where providers can register and post services they offer, while visitors can find services nearby their location based on keyword search, categories and flags (which can be set in the admin panel). There is "free" membership for private accounts and an extended payable account (subscription model) for business users which supports more pictures to upload. Dashboards for Admin and Service Providers should be there as well to manage services, accounts and settings. Services can be rated.

Solution should be responsive and ready for mobile, should be fast, should support multi-language for the frontend with possibility to integration with social networks. Solutions should comply as well with GDPR / privacy requirements. Please share with your offer any similar solutions you provided.
