Build me a membership based website

I’m planning to build a website similar to MagicBricks.com. It must handle multi languages (English and Tamil). I want to hear from the developer on the technology, approach and any previous projects similar to this or membership based. As it’s a realestate based website, there will be multiple photos uploaded by every customer. So I’m keen to hear from developer their expertise on handling and building such websites.
