Build me a medical web application
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need someone to build for me a medical RESTful web application. I can build myself but I don't have the time to do that. Here is a requirement
1. Design data model for an intake form for the health business
2. Build backend with frameworks like Flask (Controllers, services, data layers )
3. Build a dashboard for the clinic employees (should only be available for users with admin roles )
4. Build a customer facing website where patients can register and fill the intake form
I have only one month to finish this project. Please indicate the amount of payment and hard delivery date (within one month )
