Build a large website

I want to create a website that can incorporate all my various restaurants on the one page as well as provide opportunity to add other venues and tour services from our local area. I like Craft CMS and I too want to learn more about how to create with this platform as the project continues. This will eventually grow to a commercial product that also operates like a "destination marketing platform" or advertisng directory with all elements trackable and reportable.

I have a design in mind, another site that I simply want to replicate the layout and flow and then use our own customized content.
